The Public Prosecution Service in Giza is investigating the complaint filed by musician Helmy Bakr against his former manager, accusing him of looting an amount of money estimated at 2 million and 280 thousand pounds.
The Public Prosecution Service has heard the statements of lawyer Sameh Thabet, representing musician Helmy Bakr, in his report against a business manager, who confirmed to the investigative authorities that the suspect took advantage of his client’s illness to seize his money.
While the Public Prosecution Service quickly requested an investigation into the incident to uncover the circumstances of the report and to summon the suspect to hear his statements as evidence.
Musician Helmy Bakr’s lawyer accused his former business manager of fraud and confiscating an amount of two million two hundred and eighty thousand pounds after he was tricked into depositing the money in a bank to link it to an 18% certificate. his client’s home to sign his name and later discovered that the defendant had transferred the amount for his own account.
