Execution of death sentence in retaliation against civilian “Mohammed Al-Dosari” for the murder of his brother in Riyadh
Al-Marsad Newspaper – SPA: Today the Ministry of Interior issued a statement on the execution of the death sentence in retaliation against one of the perpetrators in the Riyadh region, the text of which reads as follows:
And God Almighty said: (And there is life for you in recompense, O you of understanding, that you may become righteous.)
Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Dosari – a Saudi national – killed Mubarak bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Dosari – a Saudi national – by shooting him several times with a firearm, which led to his death due to a dispute between them .
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the above-mentioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in him being accused of committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, an instrument was issued against him that his proved guilty. for what was attributed to him, and a ruling was made that he should be killed in retaliation. The ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a judgment was issued. A royal order to enforce what was decided by Sharia law, and was backed by its authority.
The death sentence was carried out in retaliation against the perpetrator, Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Dosari – a Saudi national – on Thursday 4/11/1445 AH, corresponding to 26/10/2023 AD in the Riyadh region.
