Al-Marsad Newspaper: A journalist specialized in the field of cars, during his stay as a guest at the “Yahla” program, revealed the mechanism for implementing the “annual financial compensation for vehicle licenses based on fuel efficiency” system and its target groups .

The specialist said: The calculation on which the financial compensation is based will be based on engine power and not on cylinders as some think.
